Shipping and return policies for Goo Records

Shipping Info
We print address labels and post them in bulk so we don't have the time to check that the address is bang on - so please ensure you enter your details correctly. We can't help you out if the order is already shipped out. If your address changes after you have ordered but before it's been sent, please update your order.

If a record does not arrive due to the fact that the address was inputted incorrectly by the buyer then we cannot accept responsibility. If you get in touch to say this happened, and the record then sells out, there's no guarantee we can replace it.

When it comes to signed versions of records... we can't alwasy easily get records signed for you - it's best to buy it, then take it to a gig. Or buy a record from the merch stand and then ask there. We sometimes sell signed versions from record shops so look out for that. But we are not always near the band and can't sort signings out easily. We'll do our best though!
Return Policy
If a record arrives damaged, we will do our best to replace it. If we've sold out, we can give you a full refund. You'll need to get in touch and provide us with a picture of the damage. We will also need you to send back the damaged record(s) in the packaging we provided, and we will refund you the cost of this return postage.

Please, please, honestly, please don't buy our records to then just sell on other sites for more money. Those we find doing this we won't sell to again. It's not nice and scams bands and independent labels out of hard earned revenue.
